Measure the total number of valid repetitions in a timed two-minute period. The athlete will start the rep standing. The athlete will then lower them to the ground. The chest and thighs must touch the ground at the bottom portion of every rep. Next, the athlete will push themselves up and get to a standing position with the hips fully extended. Scoring Notes:
