Testing Protocol:

The athlete assumes starting position with legs forming 90 degree angle and thighs parallel to floor. Hands must rest along wall NOT ON ARMS. 

Scoring Notes:

  • Time to nearest whole second
  • Warn competitor when form breaks, especially if feet shift, back comes off wall or competitor places arms on legs
  • If not corrected, stop clock immediately
