Testing Protocol:

Load an Olympic bar with 75lbs (34 kg). Athlete starts laying on a bench, bar in hands, with arms fully extended. The bar is then lowered to chest level then pressed back up to full extention. Then performs consecutive repetitions till exhaustion.

The rep will not be counted if the athlete fails to touch the bar to their chest or extend at the top.
