Testing Protocol:

The athlete will begin balanced on two dip bars with their body perpendicular to the ground and arms fully extended. With the chest up, the athlete will bend their arms, lowering their body until the arms are bent past 90 degrees. Once the bottom position has been reached, the athlete will then extend their arms back to the top position. 

Scoring notes:

  • The score is the maximum accumulated reps in one maximum effort set
  • The legs must remain motionless during the test, no kipping
