Load an Olympic bar with 175lbs (80 kg). The athlete starts laying on a bench, bar in hands, with arms fully extended. The bar is then lowered to chest level then pressed back up to full extension. The athlete's shoulders and buttocks must remain on the bench, if they come off the bench, the rep will not be counted. Then perform consecutive repetitions till exhaustion.
The rep will not be counted if the athlete fails to touch the bar to their chest or extend at the top.
