Testing Protocol:

Participant starts in standing position on the vertical leap mat, then leaps as high as possible while landing with both feet on the mat. The participant may generate momentum by swinging the arms before leaping but cannot kick feet during the jump. 

The athlete can take as many attempts as they want.
The score is the highest vertical leap recorded.
