Testing Protocol:

Place three marker cones along a line five yards apart. The player straddles the middle line and puts one hand down in a three-point stance. The player can start by going either to the right or left direction. On 'Go' the player turns and runs five yards to one side and touches the line with hand, then runs 10 yards back to the far cone and touches the other line, then turns back to finish by running back through the original starting point. The player is required to touch the line at each turn. Movement-activated, electronic timing is essential, with accuracy to 0.01 seconds.
