Testing Protocol:

Place light objects (such as a yoga block) at 5, 10 and 15 yards from the starting line. The athlete starts in standing position. Here is the complete sequence which totals 60 yards:

 

  1. Athlete runs 5 yards to the first object, picks it up, returns to start, places object behind line
  2. Athlete runs 10 yards to the second object, picks it up, returns to start, places object behind line
  3. Athlete runs 15 yards to the final object, picks it up object, returns to cross finish

Clock stops when competitor crosses line final time.
