Measure the maximum number of repetitions of a military-style push-up. The test begins with the athlete in the upright position with arms fully extended, hips in line with the shoulders. The athlete will then bend the arms and lower their chest to the floor. Once the chest has touched the floor, the athlete will then press until the arms are fully extended again. No time limit, but the athlete can rest in the upright position only.
